Thank you for your work throughout the past several months implementing and enhancing the second version of SV Microwave’s Extranet Services. The rough conceptual design of our Opportunity Tracking module was brought to a full working version faster and better than I could have planned. Being in the defense industry we have to change directions quickly and you were able to change with us throughout the entire project. We now have a web-based system that our representatives worldwide can use as a tool to communicate quickly, effectively and accurately with our manufacturing facility and headquarters in Florida. With our new reporting capabilities, both web based and exportable to Excel, it provides management with performance statistics and outlook snapshots. Additionally, the new version of our opportunity tracking extranet is much easier to enter data and navigate by all our users.
