Thank you for your work throughout the past several months implementing and enhancing the second version of SV Microwave’s Extranet Services. The rough conceptual design of our Opportunity Tracking module was brought to a full working version quickly and better than I could have planned. Being in the defense industry we have to change directions quickly and you were able to change with us throughout the entire project. We now have a web-based system that our representatives worldwide can use as a tool to communicate quickly, effectively and accurately with our manufacturing facility and headquarters in Florida. With our new reporting capabilities, both web based and exportable to Excel, it provides management with performance statistics and outlook snapshots. Additionally, the new version of our opportunity tracking extranet is much easier to enter data and navigate by all our users.

Further, I appreciate your willingness to go beyond the requirements of our project when we encountered internal network problems requiring the rebuild and relocation of our web servers.

As a part-time webmaster trying to maintain a website that demands a lot of attention, the admin tools that you have created for us are a huge help. It saves me a lot of time that would otherwise be spent coding html files and troubleshooting for human error. With a website like this, there are no margins for human error, and the management system that you have created for me gives me piece of mind knowing that my updates will be correct and easy to do. P.S.  I'm really keeping my fingers crossed that our client approves another admin tool for the Advertiser Directories. You have no idea how much easier it will be for me to update.
